Unfortunately, due to the outbreak of COVID-19, airmail services to many destinations may be subject to delay. Many destinations do not provide the proof of delivery.

Payment Method
We currently offer Paypal for overseas customers and bank transfer for customers in Taiwan.
Shipping service
The package will be sent by Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. with a tracking number.By the service of small packets for domestic or international airmail delivery.
Process time
Once payment has been processed, your oder will be prepared within 7-14 business days ( Monday-Friday; excluding Taiwan holiday and extreme weather events.) depending on the product’s type written in the shopping page. For example, make to order product would take much longer time.
As an independent artist, Wantinghart do the best to package and ship each artwork with care and in a timely manner, no rush orders can be accommodate.
Delivery time
Wantinghart ships from Taiwan.
Domestics packages takes about 3-5 working days.
International delivery times vary from country to country. Please be patient and understand that international packages may take several weeks or even months to arrive.
Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. is responsible for the shipping service. Please understand that once a package has been shipped, transit and delivery times are beyond the control of Wantinghart.
Packaging
Wantinghart use a variety of secure and rigid packaging materials to ship your purchases as safely and efficiently as possible. For environment friendly reason, reuse good packaging materials may happened occasionally.
International orders
The packag will be classified as ‘merchandise’ on the required customs label at its purchased value. International customers are responsible for all customs/duty fees incurred during the shipping process.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the customized and unique feature of the art, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.
I check every single package carefully before shipping. Damages incurred during transit as a consequence of mishandling by the shipping company will be excluded. In the unlikely event that you receive a originally defective or damaged product, please email us within 2 days of receiving your purchase with clear images and a description of the problem. I will help you and solve this issue case by case.
